Growing up, my family would visit Allerton Park every year for different festivals that took place there. Between the art and sculptures that sprawls across the vast acreage, Allerton is unlike any other place that I have been to. I feel so fortunate that the university (that now owns the property) allows weddings and private events there for people to enjoy. It is truly the perfect backdrop for a beautiful couple to spend their dream day. I first “met” Tiffany last year via Skype, where we had a long conversation about what her magical day would look like. It was going to be intimate, with pastels as accent colors. We met up in St. Louis (where her and Ryan live) to shoot their engagement session and we kept in touch as the day grew close. June 13th rolled around and it was pouring as I pulled into the parking lot. Luckily, the skies cleared each time we ventured out to take pictures and it ended up being the most perfect (and HOT) day imaginable.
